The students addressed the issue of corporate culture in a scheduled meeting with two leading figures in the local production of the world: Laura Franceschini's CELI Spa Vascigliano Stroncone of Damiani and representing the Chamber of Commerce.
The same bore witness to the difficulties and prejudices that women face in their journey, such as maternity and obstacles deriving from the role within the family, nevertheless, it succeeds in if you clear the plan of life, if you are faithful to their orientation and choices, if you had the foresight to take care of proper training.
All women should strive for the growth and development of women leaders and it is important that those working in business or professional bring their experiences of women, mothers and entrepreneurs, profits, surely, to deal with new that the world offers opportunities but also to solve the difficulties and many problems that still afflict the world professional women.
Looking ahead with the development of entrepreneurship women increases, in parallel, the possibilities to create the necessary conditions for the achievement of equal opportunities, to compensate for the gender difference of 'entrepreneurship, improve the general working conditions of women, irrespective of the status of entrepreneurs or not.
