Given that under Dlsg 517/99, which provides a common management between the University and the Region in the Regional Council is maturing the hypothesis of a single hospital integrated health service and universities;
given that there is still no formal text on the subject;
took note of the difficulties, following the reform Gelmini, to the University but also the difficulties that exist in local government;
found that, in such measures are needed to plan and improve health in our Region and the University;
also considered necessary to avoid indiscriminate cuts to worry about public opinion;
the Federation of Left commits the Mayor and the Board to report to the Council:
• the current state of the art;
•
which will take place on the number of hospitals and the four ASL to recover effectiveness, efficiency and cost reduction;
• what schedule is proposed for the university because Terni gets the character of the resource in the health and value added in terms of specialization and cost containment unnecessary
• what form of community participation in Terni will be possible to introduce a choice where the university and the region are finding a common path implement;
• if you intend to propose a table to build a regional comparison, with the involvement of local institutions, that commitment must be unified to address changes so gentle and great social impact.
